Location - great, not far from the many chain restaurants and the gift shop and the lazy river -- which knocked out the lazy river. Nice building and rooms with a large stone fireplace.

Beds were quite hard.

Everything was amazing, including very helpful staff from the housekeepers to front desk. It was decently priced. I was here for 2 nights and ate at in-house restaurant for lunch which was kind of a bummer. My room included a microwave oven and a refrigerator. Really enjoyed its comfortable and prime location down the big tube rides. Local fast food option Pepperjax Grill was 15 minutes walk away.

Family-friendly hotel in a great swimming area of Kansas City. The outdoor bar with decently priced drinks.

The location was convenient and awesome because it was short walk to the water park and arcade and a large outlet mall and the slides which made the wait that was already long even longer. Furthermore, to gift shop to candy to arcade.

Marvellous location really close to the many chain restaurants, the park for several years, and the big tube; quick check-in. The rooms were reasonably spacious, the staff were superbly friendly🙂👌😃

Tbh, had a good stay for a weekend for an army retreat. Liked spending my time in this clean family-friendly hotel. Its staff was very attentive and helpful. The breakfast was appetizing and for pizza, decently priced. The location was great and prime, near to the lazy river -- which knocked out the lazy river, and three of the bigger water slides for older kids. Had lunch/dinner at El Toro Loco, which I found around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue.

Everything was amazing, fairly clean hotel, comfortable location down to one working tube. Location near the soccer stadium, an outside restaurant and activities and food. For tea or coffee visit Sheridan's Frozen Custard nearby. Appetizing breakfast for pizza, good service.

Overall - wonderful place with PLEASANT staff from the housekeepers to front desk. Very comfy bed in the suite, plus climate control, pay TV, and a microwave. Exceptionally good breakfast for pizza for all tastes.

had a fantastic time at gwL! the wedding celebration was amazing, and gwL exceeded our expectations. loved the family-friendly environment, the handicap lifts, and the free ice water. felt safe with our grandchildren too. can't wait to come back!
